Lisa possesses a unique blend of scientific and business expertise, backed by twenty five years of experience in research, sales, and marketing within the biotechnology sector. She earned her MS in Biology from the University of Massachusetts Lowell and an MBA from Bentley University. As a published scientist, her career includes contributions to protein purification, monobody selections, gene discovery and expression analysis, and Quality Control at notable companies such as Becton Dickinson and Cubist, before she shifted her focus to Sales and Marketing roles. For the past nine years, she has held the position of CEO at Cultivate Sales LLC, where she has supported more than twenty developing product and service companies in a range of operational areas. Cultivate Sales LLC has supported growth in microfluidic systems, sensors, diagnostics, custom reagent services, protein expression and purification platforms, and scientific marketplaces. Lisa’s extensive experience in business development and customer engagement, coupled with her commitment to advancing research and health, aligns seamlessly with the growth and sustainability objectives of Salmonics.
